Acceptable Use Policy

You may not create, upload, generate, request or share content that is illegal, or that the law or these policies otherwise prohibit.

Child sexual abuse material is absolutely prohibited. You may not create, request, upload or share any content that sexualizes, exploits or endangers a minor — in any form, whether real, fictional or AI-generated. We report such content to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) where applicable, and we cooperate with law enforcement.

You may not create or request sexual or sexually suggestive content, or any other content that is inappropriate for a 13-and-older audience.

You may not create or request hateful, harassing, threatening or discriminatory content; graphic or gratuitous violence; content that promotes or instructs self-harm; or content that praises, promotes or provides support for terrorism or violent extremism.

You may not create, upload or share content that infringes someone else's intellectual property, or that violates someone's privacy, publicity or likeness rights.

You may not use GameFoundry to build, generate or distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, exploit code, vulnerability-exploitation tooling, phishing kits, or tooling for unauthorized access, harassment or surveillance.

You may not impersonate any person or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with one.

You may not scrape or abuse the service, attempt to break, overload or probe it, or circumvent usage limits, credits, tier gates or other access controls.

You may not resell, sublicense or commercially exploit the service itself — as opposed to the assets you create with it — without our permission.

The AI tools may not be used to attempt to generate any of the prohibited content above, or to bypass or defeat our safety measures.

You may not use the voice tools to clone or imitate the voice of a real, identifiable person — including public figures and performers — without that person's clear consent, and you may not use generated voices to make it appear that a real person said something they did not.

You may not use any AI tool to create deepfakes or other synthetic media intended to deceive people about what a real person did or said, or to impersonate a real individual.

You may not use the code-generation tools to produce malware, exploits, or code whose purpose is to gain unauthorized access to systems or data or to circumvent technical protection measures.

You are responsible for the rights and clearances needed for anything you generate. Do not use the AI tools to deliberately reproduce, or closely imitate, a specific copyrighted work, brand or trademark in a way that infringes the rights holder.

We may remove or disable content, issue warnings, restrict features, and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this policy. Where the law requires it, or where the safety of a minor is involved, we will report violations to the relevant authorities. Serious violations may result in immediate termination without notice.
