The AI Sprite Generator turns a text description into generated sprite art on a plain flat backdrop, ready to drop into a game. Pick your model from the dropdown: FLUX 1.1 Pro (default, best all-round quality, 50 credits per image), FLUX Schnell (fastest and cheapest, 5 credits), SDXL (older painterly aesthetic with negative-prompt support, 10 credits), or Ideogram v3 (best at legible text in image, 100 credits, Indie plan or higher).
Turn on the pixel-art toggle to style the prompt for crisp retro sprites. Choose a size (square 1024x1024, wide 1024x768, tall 768x1024) and a count (1-4 variants). Cost scales with count. Every generation is persisted so the URL stays valid, and shows up in your history.
Tip
Reach for FLUX Schnell when you're iterating on a concept: three or four cheap generations tell you more than one expensive one. Switch to FLUX 1.1 Pro or Ideogram for the final asset.
